AUSTRAL

 A contemporary Scandinavian barn-inspired housing development comprising 7 metre wide lots, designed around a strong and cohesive architectural language. The project combines simple forms, clean lines and a restrained material palette to create a modern interpretation of the traditional barn aesthetic.

The design carefully responds to the narrow site widths, balancing efficient planning with natural light, privacy and comfortable everyday living. Each dwelling was considered as part of a cohesive streetscape, creating a collection of contemporary homes with a consistent architectural identity.
